Pow Wows are the Native American people’s way of meeting together, to join in dancing, singing, visiting, renewing old friendships, and making new ones. Pow Wows are one of the best ways to experience Native American culture. At a Pow Wow you can experience dancing, singing, foods, and crafts.

Objective

The Seminole Tribe Marketing team wanted us to obtain images that captured the pride and traditions of the Seminole Tribe Fair.

Approach

Our approach was to create an in-person experience via photographs; to naturally capture the indigenous people in ceremony and celebration. From interactions, traditional dances to families enjoying themselves, our goal was to be amongst the people and tell their story by strategically placing multiple photographers in key areas to make the viewer feel like they were there and partaking in the celebration and events.
